Site narration
The supply side is written down from the game's own strings. Nothing here invents a shop the game does not have.
Each place has its own rules: the Commissary takes Food Stamps only, the Underground Exchange marks fencing with a black lamp, and the Dumping Grounds is where you scavenge for what the shop cannot buy.
The visiting suppliers put a person on the phone: an Upper Levels pharmacist, a Lower Levels chemist, a mining co-op, a brewery, a rancher or a winemaker.
