Georgio calls himself the greatest scavenger in the Lower Levels and arrives with whatever he has turned up. Some of it is dubious, some he swears is genuine, and when money runs short he asks for a loan to finish a spaceship. He promises to pay it back with interest, and at least once he does.

- ConfirmedReturn visits sell '100 percent genuine heminwai cigarettes', an invention he calls 'the water of tomorrow', Upper-Levels scavenged stock at 25 percent off, and later unnamed 'interesting stuff' while refusing to reveal spots.
